The classic smokey eye never goes out of style and suits everyone. You can hold the brush toward the end, instead of toward the bristles, and it will blend your eyeshadow very nicely. Dry the brush completely on a cloth or towel before using it to blend the shadows. Then dab your brush into the glitter and gently press it against your eyelid where you applied the mixing gel.

For romantic, flirty eyelashes, apply The Falsies Push Up Angel Mascara from root to tip in a sweeping motion. Sweep the highlighter underneath your eyes a bit on the inside corner. In this tutorial, I show you how easy it is to achieve a classic, brown smokey eye.

Apply the light nude eyeshadow shades from The Blushed Nudes® Eye Shadow Palette on the lids. Use a metallic black shimmer eye shadow to dust over the eyelids, breaking the matte effect and leaving a glittering finish. Add definition to the lower waterline using a black eyeliner or kohl.

Lighten up before you go dark: Dust a brightening pale eye shadow from lash line to brow before layering a smoky charcoal on lids. Using the black eyeliner pencil, define your lower waterline and smudge this out with an angled brush for a smokey effect. I am going to use the same round, soft eyeshadow brush and just go over my crease again with this shade.

With a black eyeliner pencil, color your eyelid leaving a gap at the center, as seen in the image. I've picked up a smaller, round eyeshadow brush for this shade, because I don't want this color in as much area as the previous colors. Follow this up with a lighter color and apply it all over the eyelid, ending right beneath the crease.

Now you can apply your liner and lashes. Using either liquid eyeliner or a pencil, draw solid lines all around the eyes. Makeup Revolution's Ultra eyeshadow palette in ‘Mermaids Forever' can be used to achieve this look. Begin at the outside corner of your eyes, and sweep in a ‘C' shape from the about halfway inwards (from the outside of your face) on the lash line, back up and around to about halfway inwards on the crease of your eyelid.

Curl your lashes and apply mascara. Apply a thick coat of mascara after curling your lashes. Finish off the look by lining the eyes with dark eyeliner plus lots of black mascara. Line your lower lashline with the copper eyeshadow. Moving to the upper and lower waterline, define them with your kohl or eyeliner pencil.

Create a wing along your upper lashline using a blue eyeliner. To begin, apply primer or a concealer on your eyelids. Next up, apply a shimmery shadow in soft rose pink into the crease of the eye and slightly above it. Blend lightly into the crease, ensuring a gradual mix of the two shades.

First I am going to press this shade into my inner corner, using a smaller liner brush and then blend the color out over my eyelid about half way. With your eyeshadow blending brush, blend out the eyeshadows properly. Then I am going to use the shade Abyss from the palette, and go in with a super tiny brush and line my lower lashes with the eyeshadow.

Take your middle eyeshadow shade and sweep it over your entire eyelid. Professional makeup artists use a beige pencil in order to make brown eyes look bigger. This is a quick and simple day how to do makeup like a pro look that gives your eyes the right amount of definition and color. Prime and prep your eyes and start by applying the light purple shade of eyeshadow on your eyelid.

Whatever liner and lashes you prefer actually, but I prefer a black gel liner from Beauty Bakerie as my go-to gel liner. Use your black liquid liner to create a wing along your lashline. Take full advantage of the shade of brown you posses and experiment with color in order to find out which types of makeup look best on you.

Also, use this to define the outer corners of your lower lashline. Again, blend the dark color into the light gold and pink. The darkest part should always be the point at the upper edge of your lash line. Any brown-eyed ladies are unaware of the different ways to use makeup in order to make their eyes pop.
